Bold Beginnings

Head Start is a federally funded, comprehensive, child development program that encompasses all aspects of a child's development and learning. Head Start serves children ages 3 to 5 years old. HCPS Head Start encourages families to apply January through May prior to the start of the school year. However, Head Start accepts applications all year long.
